3. Booking & Reservation Requests
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation. A reservation is only confirmed after direct communication and written confirmation (and any required deposits, if applicable).
4. Donations
Donations made through this Website are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full payment credentials.
Donation Refund Policy: Donations are non-refundable unless there is a verified processing error. If you believe a donation was processed in error, please contact us within 7 days.
5. Cancellations & Changes
If reservations require cancellation or rescheduling, the applicable terms will be communicated directly at the time of booking confirmation. Policies may vary depending on event type and availability.
6. Assumption of Risk
Participation in camp, retreat, or outdoor activities involves inherent risks. By attending or participating in events hosted at Jesus Camp Resort, you acknowledge that outdoor and physical activities may involve risk of injury and you participate at your own discretion.
7. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to respect property, follow safety guidelines, and maintain a peaceful environment. We reserve the right to remove individuals engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior.
8. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers including Stripe (payment processing), FormSubmit (contact form handling), and YouTube (video embedding). We are not responsible for outages or policies of third-party services.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, logos, and design is the property of Jesus Camp Resort unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute site content without permission.
